Refunds

  • We offer refunds on eligible products within 24-48 hours of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at shreemillet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive additional information from us on how to return the item.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Kindly be aware that there are no refunds for shipping or handling charges.

Cancellations

  • If you are willing to cancel your order then please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We will make every effort to help your request; however, once the order has been processed and shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to return the item for a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy above.

Damaged & Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product then please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
  • Please provide detailed information and, if possible, include photos of the damaged or defective product to assist us in addressing the issue effectively.

Return Shipping

  • Unless there is a problem with the product or there was an error on our side, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
  • Kindly make sure that the returned item is wrapped properly to avoid any damage occurring during transportation. Items that are lost or damaged in transit during the return procedure are not our responsibility.

Expectations

  • Some products may not be eligible for refunds or cancellations due to hygiene or safety reasons. On our website, these products will be marked as non-returnable.
  • Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
